Two staff were caught conducting inappropriate behaviors in the firms restroom. Office managing partner called security which promptly came to our office floor and secured the restroom (and confirmed the act that was being done) the police were called and the individuals were arrested. I have been asked to provide a report on the history of the staff’s behavior in the office since I oversaw both of them on a few engagements. Do I have any legal concern regarding this? I knew they were together.
