Update after waiting 2 months for a role I was technically given a soft offer for & told they wanted to onboard all 3 new hires at the same time. I wasn’t sold on the location as well as the travel. Recruiter finally told me on Friday it’s canceled. I’m praying the two other roles I’ve been summited for are both 100 percent remote. I pray their is a silver lining somewhere on this roller coaster 🎢. Already have a second interview on one.

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website.
