update from my “work is targeting me” post where I got in trouble for following sr direction and put on a pip from a month ago..I have yet to get formal pip docs 4 weeks later, my remediation for the sop situation was for me to write a full rca (based on user error btw) and rewrite all 42 pages of that sop for a space that I don’t own nor understand. I’m positive it’s a test, they won’t be using my rewritten doc. I’m still applying everywhere and still getting mentally beat at my current job.

I am having 4 YOE as a Salesforce developer , I joined techM on july21 but I am thinking to put papers because of my pay and also my project , I am not seeing any learning scope in my project . currently I am getting 12.5 lpa ,

how much can I expect If I put papers now and attend interviews.
I am 3x Salesforce certified and 2x copado devops certified.

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I do struggle to keep focus and generally take a bit longer to finish them, specifically the structuring of the case. Does anybody else feel the same way and any recommendations to overcome this?

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

I'm nearing the end of an interview for process for a job I'm meh on and recently began the process for my dream job. I'm slightly underqualified for the dream job but it's at a startup in a category I'm extremely passionate for. Should I let them know I'm nearing the end at another place?

Just had a panel interview with 3 people. Should I send a thank you note to each one?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

HR is asking me to expect something on top of the current offer I am holding.

I am not sure who needs to hear this but exactly one year ago, I was at my lowest point in life. Today, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Life has truly been a rollercoaster these past few years for me.

I am sharing this to tell you that no matter what you’re feeling right now, it won’t last. Even the happiness I feel right now, I’ve had that stripped from me multiple times. That is LIFE. We have the good and the bad.
