Did any of u see the PBB FY18 email? If so, you'd realize nothing changes. It's the same old crappy $3 wine, just slightly newer bottle. Same with LEADS. Don't have any expectations for a radical well intentioned overhaul. Our pay would still remain bad. Work will still be intense for those gunning for 4/5 (or equivalent under LEAD)
That's not accurate. It's a part of the professionalism pillar and also utilization targets have increased by 5% this year
We have higher util targets this year with less work sold. This is creating a poor environment in certain practices.
Our people consultant (hr) straight up said it's parts of LEADS during our counseling family meeting but as an operational expectation, not as performance metric, so more in line with submitting your time sheet, for whatever that's worth...
Is that why they raised the utilization target for Managers?

EY5. Professionalism pillar looks like it has things like independence, cpe, etc but not utilization. Of course there is a "local measures as required" caveat.
We just got a big/important email about the utilization targets by level and I'm pretty sure it said something like "you are responsible for meeting your level's target."
