Should I do an MBA OR NOT?

I did my Btech from a tier 1 private school, joined EY India then switched to Accenture Strategy TS&A. My CCTC is 26 LPA and YoE is 3.5. I am good with people and understand technology very well, which i think makes me good at my job.

I want to continue in consulting as it suits me, but what I understand is that most people here have MBA degree and after a point there is a pay gap between MBA and non MBA.

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response. I need to put in my 2 week notice and all my recuiter has said is I can push your start date out. Has anyone been thru this ? Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then?
