VMware I want some advice from you guys. After this Broadcom offer letter messup, where I am only one left in the whole team without letter and manager not even caring about my mental health and scolding me for anything and everything, I feel really demotivated to work. All he needs is long update in daily call I am used to keep things crisp and clear but when I do that manager connects in 1:1 and scolds me telling I am not doing enough work.

If you haven’t got the letter but rest of your team has then unfortunately the writing is on the wall. Please focus on job search internally and externally. Don’t bother with the current work. Not asking you to be unprofessional but current work should not come in the way of your job search in this situation
