I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

None of their business...Don’t bring it up. They will see when they see.
Maybe she can pass it off as normal weight gain till she makes it ;)
Congratulations, OP! Wishing you all the best!
Congrats!! Wonderful news on all accounts.
Agree with GT1. You’re under no obligation to disclose and the downside risk of a weird reaction is much larger than any possible benefit.
Only reason to proactively share is if you are confident that you will show/be due before the decision is made and you want to control the timing and info in that case. But in that case it would depend a lot on your coach etc and what makes the most sense there
Why would you need to share......?
Congrats!
Thank you all - such an awesome supportive community! Unfortunately I’m due before the decision will be final... but with all the reactions here, I think it makes the most sense to hold off as long as possible, keep working as usual and hopefully by the time I’m unable to hide it, the decision should be at least further solidified! Again - you guys are all great - thanks!
I hid till 21 weeks. Got promotion and then disclosed. Wear baggier clothes
Nice work and congrats! Sounds like a plan!
Isn’t the decision made by now?
Well definitely not officially - they won’t announce until May/June and probably make final decisions in like February/March?
