Was offered a Strategy Consultant role with Accenture (progression point C) for $150k. Asked what the sign-on bonus would be and was told $20k. Is this fair comp? Should I negotiate? I tried to negotiate salary but was told it is fixed. I haven't tried to negotiate sign-on yet, but also feel like it's fair and don't want to lose the offer. What would you do?

I’m in my 3rd year out of college. My salary is 85k with a bonus of 30k (35%), which brings my total comp just slightly below market. How can I ask for more base and less bonus?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? Timing for recruiting for the purpose of negotiating salaries: I like my job/company, but know I can get a better salary with my skills/experience elsewhere. With promo reviews coming up, I expect to receive a promotion, but want to have another offer to inflate my salary a bit more. Anybody have insight on the timing and general do/don’t?
