sounds like a good offer to me
Would you negotiate on the sign on bonus?
Very good offer. If you think it’s fair (and I do based on other offers I know of at Accenture strategy) there is no need to negotiate just to negotiate

Dang… a Consultant level being paid $150k is damn good. Plus $20k sign on bonus is great, as in the past Accenture would only give sign on to Manager and higher, and that also was capped at $10k
Program director > strat consultant? On top of the really high offer? What are you not telling us? Take the money and run
FYI: being hired at progression point C, you only have 1-2 years to make manager.
Depends how you look at it. Acn is up or out
That’s a very good offer IMO. I’m a consultant making 125k and I know many that make less than that.
Are you Strat as well? And what level?
I’m a Consultant that makes $104k
Great offer. Sounds about right. I would just make sure it’s on par with others at your level - maybe a question for HR. I know they have these metrics now. Only reason I say this is because if it’s higher or lower it could affect how quickly you progress up the Corp. latter.
Don’t hold me to it - but if your an experienced hire coming in at a lower level starting point like a L9 but making more then your peers your salary progression will not go as fast. Just what I’ve heard from HR when I’ve tried to have offers from other companies matched.
Very good salary for the Consultant level...I didn't hit 100K until my Manager promotion at Accenture.
2017. Nope not Strategy, but worked on Strategy projects with other Strat people and was in Client & Market, my Strat colleagues at your level weren't paid that much but we also had less work experience when we started at the firm. I left for a pay raise to another firm and am now in the Strat group.
