Do any of you work in a different country than your company is based? I would love to eventually work internationally (based in the USA), ideally remote, but I’m not sure how realistic it is for most people

Also unfortunately I don’t code so a programming jobs are out of the question, and I know many of those jobs are easily worked remote/internationally

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Employer is trying to force me (disabled using a walker and immunocompromised) to return to work at the office after WFH efficiently (covering 2 roles!) For 2 years. I actually can't even do my job from the office. Office isn't ADA compliant and my walker doesn't fit. Some employees aren't vaxxed and mask mandates are being removed. I've been fighting this order loudly. And now I have to meet with the CEO, HR and my supervisor. Wish I could leave, but I don't have a new job lined up.

Okay not going to lie — doing this rotation remote has been/is tough and I’m only a month in. I can’t keep up with the excel skills of you FDD people and pretty sure the director hates me 😭

Is it worth changing the job from product based MNC company (current 16L with 15% variable, desg: Sr. Software engg.) to service based company Capgemini for 40% hike (giving 22L with 10% variable, desg: Sr. Consultant) in a year only ? 20+ 30+ 40+ 50+ 60+ LPAs

Majority of our salaries are going in Taxes..
I came across two examples where, one person having 13 lpa is getting almost 95+ after all tax declarations.. And another person with 20 lpa is getting around 1.05 lakhs take home after deductions..
So it's just 10k difference every month.. 13 lpa vs 20 lpa...

My CTC is 10 lpa & take home salary is 78.5k pm after deductions..

I got an offer from a company A with 90% increment on CTC and in other company B at 130% increment on CTC. I'm totally confused which one to choose. Here are some pointers regarding the two:
1)A has both fixed and variable whereas B has fixed. So 130% will be fixed.
2)A is brand company B is paying really well.
3)B has sure short onsite opportunities.
Not sure which one to go for. Any help/suggestion would be great..

I joined @MINDTREE in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?
