Are your offices reopening soon?
Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

Check the local rules. AAA itself doesn’t require admission in the forum state. I believe you don’t have to be admitted in Arkansas for a AAA arbitration. Unless Arkansas is one of those states like FL, CA, and SC that still require counsels to be admitted to the state even for appearance an arbitration matters. 90% of my practice is arbitration (FINRA, AAA, JAMS), and most of the states don’t require local admission for arbitration matters. For example, I have one case that hearing site is in WY per the arbitration clause on the contract, and neither I or respondent’s counsel is admitted to WY. I believe the arbitrator must be though. Good luck with AAA, they are incredibly slow!!
This is correct. Check local rules/law to make sure you’re not in a Florida situation
Yeah. You need to get local counsel or pro hac in.
I doubt it. Advocates in arbs don't always need to be an attorney per the AAA unless the underlying state requires it.
