Hi, Im interested to know the visa process for Australia on-site opportunity. I have been asked for CV before visa initiation. If anybody is aware of the process, could you please help me understanding the steps of visa process in TCS?
Will the visa be initiated by the management or by employee?
Also Project took management approvals for the on-site position when I joined the project, apart from this is there anything additional that’s required that can be time taking process before actual visa?

I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?
