Pandemic induced pressure & burnout. Is every agency bad at present? Desperate to move on before it kills me but worried it’s not diff anywhere else. Hearing people are off sick in lots of agencies.

Yesterday I celebrated 8 years since the last time I had a sip of alcohol. Best decision I ever made. If you’re in the early days of sobriety, hang in there. It gets so much better!

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

Is it possible to go into menopause at 31?
All of the symptoms you've all described I've had and previously labeled as PMDD, except I have regular periods.

As a teen/young adult I used to have a heavy flow for many days, and dysmenorrhea. Now I have a 4ish day period, heavy 2 maybe 3 days.

how can you get 'tested' for early onset menopause? 31, single, no kids.

Do you know what today is, today is the day I am now allowed back to office as our vaccination requirement was dropped? I still can’t go to our office in NYC and possibly some other jurisdictions and we do need to follow client rules to visit them.

Just started medication - adderal helped but if I didn’t take it for a day the withdrawal was UNBEARABLE. On vyvanse now.. tbh feels like my brain fog started when I started meds?
