Hi everyone, I’m in need of prayers. My mom was admitted into the hospital recently, but they just found some nodules in her lungs. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Nothing has been finite, but I can’t help but prepare for the worst & hope for the best. The only thing getting me through this is my faith in God. I went thru covid last year and lost smell and taste - since recovering the smell of things has changed and usually it is for the worse - meats now smell like dog or cat food and citrus fruits like onions … this has been for months now and no sign of getting better - anyone else experiencing something similar ?

6 months ago the woman I love left me after 6 years (pre McK) and I don’t think I’ll be able to recover. I absolutely love my job and it’s the only sense of comfort I have - but I finally realize that happiness truly come from factors outside professional success (atleast in my case)
Idk what makes it so difficult: we never fought, we had everything we ever wanted ($ wise), each family loved each other like their own- hope I eventually recover

Question: Girl friends parents finally came over for a ristha. Everything went great or so I thought but now she wants to time to think about moving forward. The pain point she brought up is that we are in different states and she is feeling pressed.
