Well after 10 and a half years in the biotech industry pioneering a new cancer treatment called tumour treating fields and travelling coast to coast I was discarded due to a global reduction plan layoff. ( Translation: I was let go because management could not manage a lemonade stand let alone a biotech company). Bitter yes, but hopeful nonetheless. Currently looking and open to new connections. Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
