Well, I could write a book on the interviews I'm getting lately! At 72 I'm being told, "Put all of your experience on the resume." The last interview I went on the interviewer was reading my resume like a book. The first thing she said was, "I was the supervisor but I am now just an agent." I felt like a psychiatrist listening to her going off on the fact she was no supervisor. I'm getting that alot. Listening to their issues with the company! At 72 and the fact they are 30? Late 20s?

Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.
