Well the meeting that I had yesterday with my Supervisor & Director was very concerning. My Director mentioned how we HAVE to do some fundraising soon b/c we are in a money crunch. We don't have money for promo items to give to ppl at events & we arent getting the grant this year that we got last year. I asked her if we are in a deficit & she said "no, but we could be in 1 if we don't start fundraising?" Im glad I didn't ask if i was still getting an increase. I need to find another job ASAP!!

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer.
