Went through a 1st case only round at MK and heard back saying performance was not strong enough. I’m sincerely shocked, I know my case interview skills were not up to final round level but I can’t believe that I did not even pass the round. I have done 3 practice cases with current interviewers and not one of them did not pass me and I did those with way less prep than this. I’m just so sad and confused. Recruiter emailed back saying let’s discuss next steps later - any advice?🥺

So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

Is this a lot for an interview?

I’m a little afraid of doing all this work to then just have them take my ideas and not hire me.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. After you got an offer (from Industry), if you are interested in another role, would it be ok to interview (but retain the offer) till you get a decision?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down.
