My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way. I’ve tried pushing for more cybersecurity measures in the last year, but being a Jr, I don’t know a lot about it. My manager had brushed it off as something that would be nice to look into if [insert excuses not to here]. Can’t push it off any longer. I’m afraid heads are gonna roll.Advice?

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. "You are one of two candidates in the final round.

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.
