Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

All big 4 have presence in India too.
Rising Star
Yes I have traveled quite a lot for projects to US, EU, gulf etc. But it depends on your expertise, experience and to some extent need. But senior partners are quite open to allow people opportunities. We have limited India clients and projects so don't think about that.
I'm guessing you're from Deloitte USI. All Big4 Indian entites have mandatory client visits ( Deloitte India, EY India etc). When I was in EY India, I visited EY office only twice, first when I joined and second when I left.
I'd agree with this.
Add other 3 big 4 India entities. And other niche consulting firms as well - A&M, RB, TSMG. Now please note couple of things -
1. Lot of clients in India force a Monday to Friday schedule (not Thursday)
2. Big 4 often ask you to relocate or temporarily move to client location (for project duration) to minimize airfare / hotel cost. So not always you will have weekly fly backs.
Is MBA necessary for such roles in India ?
