Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Not sure exactly how to answer your questions but there are lots of activities outside of projects that prompt the need for a change manager, for instance: organization redesigns, policy changes, mergers and acquisitions, new processes, new leadership priorities, new program introductions, new performance expectations, response planning to employee engagement or turnover mitigation, etc. Most people associate the need for change management with projects but it’s basically applicable to any and every type of transformation. The issues we see is one off change management. Thriving organizations have enterprise change management or an established CMO that helps to ensure change management is considered in every transformation but also considered the other transformations that are going on in the organization to avoid change fatigue for the stakeholders.

I have more than 15 years of experience in change management; but I don’t think I understand your question. Can you elaborate?
There are projects at different scales (from company wise to a function with it, or part of a function) and then the blend of people, process and tech varies. Seen people changes and light on tech changes. Then some which are very much about new/replacement tech - and sometimes the people impact is underestimated. Is that what you were after OP?
