Historically the advantages were 1) getting off the road, and 2) generally good culture. But 1 is less appealing now that most Big 4 folks aren’t traveling weekly anymore, and 2 is less valid now post private equity and reorg. Read the Glassdoor reviews. It seems to be sliding downhill fast.
Pros - regional, Cons - regional
Pro for me would be west coast decision makers since it’s based in Seattle. Mid-size firms are great for work life balance too
EYrs are to speak. Much of our job is becoming satff augmentation like Accenture
