Having 6.5 years of experience as frontend developer, working in product base startup and having offer from Infosys with 75% hike and my current company matched the offer. So which one is better product base startup or Infosys?

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa.
After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

Queries:
1. Is this normal or rare case, reducing the offer amount from what quoted initially?
2. Should I accept or negotiate?

I don't have any other offer as of now.

Doesn’t if feel a little sad that we need to spend 10+ years kissing &&& only to finally have a shot at making non-equity partner and spend another 10+ years wining and dining equity partners? Maybe I should just start my own firm

Can we talk about how much of a MENACE Marc Benioff is for executing the most diabolical marketing campaign of all time? This man has pulled so many next level marketing. My favorite 1 was when he bought out all these taxi’s in Cannes, France where most potential customers were attending; would fly into Nice & ask for a taxi which is 45 min of a trip. Marc rented out ALL of the airport taxis, but instead of making them unavailable the customers got a FREE taxi where a rep pitched them in the car

I have earned an SFMC email specialist certification and got a free exam voucher valid for next six months. Any suggestions what exam I should take using the free voucher? I have never worked on any salesforce product.
