What are some fast growing consulting firms? Also know as who is hiring?

Going to an office to meet the team and see the office after being offered a position. After much thought I think it is best to stay at my current position for now. How do I go about declining an offer/ask for a day to think about it?

Assessing whether I’m being compensated fairly after being passed over for pay raise request. Every BD in the US got a raise. 5 years of experience as a BD. I am now the only person managing BD for the whole of Canada for several service lines. US based finance related company. I report to one manager & the CEO. No commission, just salary and bonus. For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade
