Hi everyone, I am working on java since 2017. I have 1 YOE in Tata Consultancy in support and now I want to switch to a Java developer role. I have personally worked on Java, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API and Hibernate. Made & deployed a few projects also, but don't have relevant/ company experience in Java. I also cleared Infosys interview 1 month back but my notice period is 3 months, so HR dropped my candidature in negotiations. Can anyone please suggest to me what I should do?

Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

I just obtained a job doing telephone triage. They require 5 years in ER or ICU. Different companies have different requirements for experience. Normally you need a cable or fiber optic internet connection and some require a desktop, some send you equipment. I’ve seen pay around 27-37 an hour. Not the greatest pay but it’s entry level triage working from home and I have a super long commute to get anywhere so it works for me.
I have 7 years Ed experience, if they’re hiring would you mind referring me? Are there any PRN or part time requirement?
There are a lot, I work for BCBS and manage a team of nurses who all work remotely doing Case Management. What type of experience do you have? Most positions are looking for experience in Case Management or Utilization Management. Depending on your current experience, they have hired nurses without or limited CM or UM experience.
Each department has their own goals and targets can vary by dept or team. For CM, there isn’t a daily quota, we have a monthly targets. I think daily quotas are more specific to UM.
I’ve heard BCBS & Aetna pay similarly. There is room to negotiate but staff also receive an annual performance based raise and bonus.
It’s unfortunate you left UHC due to management. I spoke with a recruiter for UHC today and was surprised there was no room to negotiate a starting salary for a manager position.
You can look into CDI. All of my staff is remote. It’s a steep learning curve and hard to get into, but I love it.
Are there phone calls involved with this role?
Did case management with 3 years of field and hospital experience. Bumped me up 20k. The case management work is no joke with the care plans your are responsible for getting completed as well as assessments. I had no certification to do it. They will teach you everything you need to know.
Thank you so much!
CareMetx! I love it thus far
