I recently got rejected from final rounds of BCG (fresh grad). I have an offer from KPMG where I have a good rapport with a few partners but MBB is really where I want to get to.

I am planning to reapply to BCG Nov 2022 after working on my final round feedback. Is it uncommon to the point of being unrealistic to make a switch from KPMG to BCG?

The legal issues were previously handled by the CFO with help of outside counsel. 1st year was hard because he was territorial about legal matters, but I reported directly to the board so it wasn't a true issue

2nd year: The CEO retires, and the new one decides to put me under the CFO in the organigram. Now I'm back to square one bc this guy cuts me off any relevant issue!

KPMG pays 401k contributions in a lump sum payment in February for the prior year, if you are still employed at the time.
I think a better way would be prorated deposits at every pay cycle.
How does your firm make 401k contributions?

My client are I are part of the same team and she speaks a lot during meetings. Every time I present and have to say something infront of her peers or other stakeholders, she interrupts me and says she adding on making me feel like I don’t know what I am talking about . I noticed she does the same to other people as well and usually it is to take control.
It gets annoying and I wanted to see if there are any good tips in dealing with it.
