https://web3.career web3 has lots of community management roles for DAOs if you’re interested in the space!
Haha it’s a pretty wild website!!
If you don't have much professional experience, I recommend freelancer platforms such as People per hour PPH.
I recommend you to use Upwork, it is a professional freelancer platform but despite being for freelancers I have had long working relationships and even work contracts with employers thanks to the platform.
Second this, I've found a lot of success using Upwork and I recommend it to anyone who is just starting out
If what you are looking for is a long relationship with an employer I would recommend platforms like glassdoor and Linkedin, if you manage to optimize your Linkedin profile and your resume would be a plus, if you can not do it yourself there are companies that take care of this.
Fiver worked very well for me when I started in this world of marketing, then I evolved and used Linkedin, what do I mean? It all depends on your experience if you don't have much experience use freelancer platforms and when you have experience move to a more professional platform.
Linkedin is great, but don't hesitate to cold-contact startups or nonprofits that you notice don't seem to have a dedicated community manager yet.
