Tranferred to another team third time during 7 months stint. The new team is not happy and are giving me namesake training and has said if not performed starting next month, I will be out. In my old team I opted for transfer to new location but the new manager said they will not allow it as no one is there to check me. Have lost all motivation to work with everyday criticism and rants. I work remotely for a small 9-person startup and my boss insists on daily 30+ minute meetings. It’s rare that there is an actual point.
