What is the best way to find a job at a startup? I’ve been in a major Fortune 200 company for the past 6 years, and I am looking for a change to the startup career path to build companies from the ground up.

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

Have anyone worked on consulting projects while working as Business Analyst? If yes, how would you describe your experience in one sentence.

I got hired as a BA, at an advisory firm. Im new to the industry and new to the role. I see that every BA is different in different companies. Right now I’m building out SOP’S for our different departments, as well working with clients guiding them through our pipeline. I get to Analyze data every now and then to help make business decision, but there’s less emphasis on this. What tools or resources should I be utilizing to help myself grow and keep pushing. This company is young and growing.
