Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

Should I complain to a firm's HR if the interviewers laughed at my answer during an interview? Maybe it sounded scripted but it was still heartfelt and genuine: my immigration story and how that made me appreciate the rule of law. I have a lot of exposure to big tech and sp500 across my brokerage account and retirement accounts. I recently opened a Roth IRA and have 6k in it to invest. I know the default strategy is to invest in a fund that tracks sp500 but I do that everywhere else regularly. Is there anything else like VYM you recommend?
