What are the chances of onsite opportunities from India in Citibank, Mastercard, Barclays, JPMC….?

If I have accepted an offer from a UK company and they have initiated my visa process; meanwhile I get a better offer from another company which will also have to support my visa; does the second company then pick up the previous visa process on the same application number or it starts a fresh process with different application number.

What happens if there are two visa applications submitted on my name by two companies?

During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch. I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. Not to mention regular house maintenance. How is it better than 3.5k rental. I understand appreciation and own house independence. But I am just trying to make numbers work.
