Getting offer from a Singapore based startup SYFE for QA Role and and same amount offer from Sirionlabs - Both are offering almost same amount .. So CTC not an issue..

But the Startup is giving 3 Lakh worth ESOPs.. and Sirionlabs is saying that every year we give 10% fixed variable..

Good morning! I work in Medicare sales and I’m just getting tired of sales because I have to change these elderly people on their insurance very frequently, and it’s frustrating most of the time. I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?
