What are the pros/cons of switching from one Big 4 firm to another? Will be a 3rd year senior in a few months and have consistently been designated as a high performer, but have recently been dealing with some frustrations in my current situation (I know I will have to deal with frustrations whenever I go). Obviously the biggest downside is losing the positive reputation I have developed going into a promotion year, but think there could be upside to moving in terms of culture, people, etc.

I'm entering my final year of law school but am going part time since I work full time as a paralegal. I have been a paralegal for more 10+ years and I want to open my own firm after I pass the bar.
