Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Depends upon what kind of data you are looking for. Development projects are by definition unique, therefore, cost data should come from a qualified general contractor. Rental rates, lease-up assumptions and timelines should be sourced from a landlord broker that is familiar with the quality and location of the proposed development. Historical data and trends such as vacancy rates and absorption stats can be sourced via CoStar. CoStar and Moody's are great sources for economic data and forecasts. As a fellow grad from McCombs I'm happy to discuss one-on-one if helpful.
That’s very kind of you. I’d love to connect whenever you have free time.
