Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Lippincott - seems cool
Vivaldi - run for the hills
Another super late response re: Vivaldi. The CEO is not-all-there and the business can be quite financially unstable resulting in frequent layoffs. The top-down culture is quite toxic, though there are a lot of excellent talents at more middle/junior levels…pretty much all of whom leave and go to more prestigious competitors. Very little trust in leadership and not much transparency. Lots of turnover for these reasons. They also don’t have as broad a set of experts as a firm like Lippincott or Prophet, so there are some bigger projects they can’t compete meaningfully for. Vivaldi can be a decent enough place to get your foot in the door of the industry, but you wouldn’t want to stay over the long run.
