I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Any one familiar with comp for a Portfolio Associate roll at PIMCO on their mortgage backed securities team? I’m looking at an offer and want make sure I’m in line with the average comp for the company and industry. Only 4 months of experience and offer is 98k w/ 10-20% bonus plus 15k relo/ sign on. Looking at Glassdoor, bonuses seem higher than quoted by the hiring manager. (No written offer yet they say they’re still working on it)

Swim and hide. Don’t quit before you have another one lined up. Use your day job time to work on your resume, talk to recruiters, and keep interviewing. They can’t fire you that quickly and they won’t.
I don't think it's a big deal anymore...look at how many people are jumping ship/entertaining offers. This is a weird market, so I think you gotta do what you gotta do!
Resume gaps are fine, when asked about it on your next interview, just tell them it was for a value-adding venture.
I think they are entirely acceptable, especially in today's climate with COVID. Most recruiters are understanding of these kinds of situations
I say leave. Your mental health trumps all ever. If someone asks in an interview explain you take work very seriously and in order to really put your all into finding a new job so you can do your best you took some time to focus on the search. Which is true, trying to interview amid working in a toxic place will not help you succeed . I left my toxic team for a new one and it was honestly the best decision I can’t put into words how much better I am now
