Possible, but stressful. Avoiding conflicting meetings during the day is the hardest part since you cannot under any circumstances tell either one about the other job.

Agree this would be the most difficult part. If you’re lower level and not involved with a lot of meetings they may not be an issue.

Where is everyone actually finding these fully remote jobs? Everything I find wants 2-3 days a week in the office, or seems unclear on whether the job will be fully remote in the future.
I’m aware of that. Unfortunately it’s very rural. My firm has an office within a couple of hours away but my practice doesn’t have a presence there. And also I’ve been looking locally for about a year now.
Pretty sure I know people at the firm doing this based on their quality of work and time it takes to complete it

At least in PA they have to bill their time and hypothetically get the work done eventually in order to bill it. I’m in industry now and have an employee that routinely misses meetings and is offline at odd times. I think he either had another job or a drug problem.
Only do it if you seriously need the money and plan to do it only for a couple-few months
