If you're at the hotel take 15-20 mins for the gym even to just jog or walk. Your mind needs the reset. I always try to filling meal with plenty of veggies too
At the top of every hour, when available, take a lap or 2 around the office or building exterior.
Find a nightly yoga class to help melt the stress and tension and set firm boundaries so that you can regularly attend it.
Force yourself to get up at 5-5:30 each day and run on the hotel treadmill and/or lift weights
Force yourself to exercise for 30mins a day... o matter what, even just a walk outside. Put a tennis ball in your bag and roll under your feet and under back (against wall) in your hotel room, you’ll feel like $1m bucks. Gets all the stress knots out.
