Find a significant other who supports, motivates and makes you happy. That’ll solve most of your issues.
It’s not too early or too late. Just a suggestion based on what’s worked for me

Wherever you are, be there. Work hard when it’s appropriate but when you’re with people you love, give them your full attention. Find a hobby you can occasionally engage in to keep you sane. Try to enjoy all the little moments. Also, when you’ve found the one, kids are pretty darn rewarding as well and change absolutely everything
Comparison is the thief of joy. Do what feels right for you.
Listen to your gut about what fulfills you. I think you’ll find that over time your priorities will change. Continue to adapt your life to fulfilling those new priorities and you’ll be just fine.

All about who you spend your life with. Personal opinion is that having a spouse/partner who works and makes decent money takes a huge load off the both of you. Much easier to be chill if you both make 150k vs one person killing themselves to make 300.
