Feedback from partners and directors needed for public accounting research question. I am curious what your feelings are on the current staffing situation in public accounting. Is there really a serious shortage in staffing? If so, do you think it is affecting the profitability of accounting firms (and/or partners individually)? Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
