What companies where you currently work or have in the past have true "cultures of feedback"? In addition to having processes in place, people regularly give timely, actionable, direct feedback to their peers , to their direct reports (if applicable) and their manager? I am trying to idenitfy some of the best in class organizations with this muscle.

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

Biz owners/entrepreneurs: Any tips on how to answer questions where the interviewer would want to know why I’d want to work for a company if I have my own. I’d want to reassure them that I have no intentions of leaving their company for mine or that there wouldn’t be competing priorities between us. I have a small photography biz. When this came up in an interview how did you address it? On my resume it does show that I’m currently a photographer w/ my own biz. I was selected for an interview.

Compared to 40-50% in other places. Crazy hours feb-apr, 40 apr-jul, 45 in Aug, maybe 50-60 that last week of aug/ early sept. <40 post 9/15. We have a need at the senior level to fill a gap. I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.
