Almost 4YOE at Big 4 TAS. Seen high turnovers this year. Thoughts on the following options: FPA vs. CorpDev vs. MM IB vs. MBA to BB/EB or MBB?

I feel like I'm stuck in limbo.

Not enough experience to become a Senior designer, but too much to be a junior.

And there hardly any intermediate roles out there.

Leaving after one year to another biglaw firm?

Looking to learn coding. Any thoughts on learning code through a website like Udemy, CodeAcadeny, etc.?

I know Microsoft isn't particularly FAANG but anyone here can shed some light on experience as a Customer Engineer please?

What are the tldr differences between HR roles, people Operations, and people business partner positions? They all seem similar but I’m curious how y’all characterize them. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? If SC doesn't exist, is Manager a good level to target, or is Consultant more like it? Looking for 200k base at a minimum.
Expect my current year TC to be around 200-210k.
