Chase Sapphire
Citi double cash for personal, spg Amex for work expenses
Your choice of cards can change if your employer lets you use your personal card for business use. We have to use the corp amex only.
Spg amex for everything
Chase Sapphire Preferred. Add an airline card (MileagePlus Club) to get lounge access and miles for anything that isn't in the 2X points for Sapphire
A1- all food and travel is 2X the points. And I buy all my clothes through their shopping portal (same stores I normally shop in) so I end up earning 4-8X the points depending. You just need to use it wisely to get the max benefits
A2- ditto. Also, the sign up travel points are pretty good and you can redeem them in many different ways, including cash back.

@EY1 if you have a workaround to the fairly recent expense policy advice to only use Corp Amex, we would love the tips. Thx
@EY people: wasn't having issues charging most things to personal card but recently had multiple uber charges flagged for not providing receipts (even under $25) and using Corp Amex . Planning on still using CSP for hotels and Amex on pretty much everything else until July 1 when Freedom card starts 5x points on restaurants.
I've been submitting receipts even when under $25. Avoids questions
Chase sapphire is actually not that great a card for people who actually do their research... 2x points on travel and restaurants (2.5% return if used on travel) but 1% on everything else (1.25% return if on travel).
Depends what your goals are
Citi AA and Chase Marriott Rewards
Chase sapphire preferred, Amex delta, and chase United.
Were allowed to use whatever. The corp Amex just makes expensing that much easier.
EY2 I saw that but have still been using spg w/o problem
Amex preferred plus. 50% point bonus plus 3x points on groceries. I also game Discover categories for 5% bonus
.
For everyone else, I would recommend the CSP+Freedom+SPG or Marriott (depending on where you stay) trio. If you can book flights on personal, go for Amex PRG or airline card you fly
