I had all the skills necessary prior to becoming management. I had supervisory and management positions in other industries. During undergrad I was a medical courier supervisor and Lead MHT in healthcare. Prior to starting in healthcare (highschool-freshmen college) I was assistant manager for a parking company. I was use to the increase in responsibilities from leadership roles
When I got into risk management I knew nothing but the basics. The company I worked for provided a very in-depth training.

Do you know if Admin fellow roles are only for MHA or MBA students right after their Masters program or if this route is an option for those that may have graduated a few years later?
