Do you include home equity in your net worth? I think the obvious answer here is “yes”, but how do you track your home’s value? Appraisals by city/county for tax purposes don’t necessarily correlate to market value. Are you using Zillow’s Zestimate? Personal Capital uses Zillow. Just wondering the best way I can pull this metric into some spreadsheets I use to track all of this.

1) For Consultant Role (Front end React) Have received 9.8 fixed and 1.8 variable. Is this okay ?
I have 3.3 years of experience because the expectations I had was of 13 but the recruiter didn't asked for salary discussion instead send me the offer directly.
