Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

I do not think there will ever be a full return to office
I guess I can agree with that. Like for the universities at least, a lot of money was lost by note having students on campus. So I guess they’re making up some of the funds by allowing us to be half remote somehow.
They’re still out there, just not as common. The companies that keep it will remain competitive talent acquisition wise. However, many people are accepting the reality of hybrid work, with it erring on the side of 3-4 days per week
I found one (and wasn’t even looking for one) - they’re out there but decreasing.
I think it depends on the sector, most tech jobs are still remote (with an incentive for going in to the office) but I think with other sectors it’s becoming hybrid.
I wonder if when the GenZ and millennials take over, would everything go back to wfh
Agreed
The only companies that demand in person attendants are:
1. Companies that need physical work done.
2. Companies that got into silly levels of investment or long-running rentals (25 years, etc.)
3. Control freaks (I'm looking at you, Elon, old buddy old pal)
Makes a lot of sense lol, there old gen is still in charge. So definitely correlated to what analyst 1 was saying about it changing once gen z comes into the picture fully
