Getting up as early as makes sense for you…Shower, make a nice breakfast and sit with a cup of tea as the world wakes up. It’s simple, but a nice way of slowly waking up your brain and calmly starting your day vs. Getting up and rushing through those processes!
I agree that taking time in the morning for yourself is #1. I have to move my body in the morning, or I'll have a cluttered and negative brain all day. Afterward, I take time for self-care and feed my body, then get started. Practicing not rushing through the process and giving myself intentional time to take care of myself has been great for my self-discipline.
I workout in the morning. Little bit of cardio and little bit of weights.
I workout and meditate and then make myself a nice breakfast.
I eat healthy and workout before work. Helps to boost my mood before I go in.
