Pro
Truthfully just doing a lot of them helps. You may fumble the first few interviews but that’s okay, each time you’ll refine your story and hone in on key experiences/skills.
But pre-interview prep includes molding your story and skills based on your company research (why do you want to work for them? What do they specialize in? How do you fit in? What is their culture like?)
Hope this helps, and good luck.
Your experience
Learn about the company as much as you can and be ready to speak about what interests you about the company and what motivates you. By the time you get to interviews they are just trying to pick between a handful of people and a lot of it comes down to if they feel you would be a good fit for the team and the role. They have to go to bat for you with their TGL when they want to hire you, so get them on your side and wanting to fight for you to give you the job.
