What do you guys use to help with interview prep? USDC college hire interviewing was pretty simple. How do I prep to start looking?

If a person wouldn't clear the interview in Accenture, will the person be not eligible to apply for other jobs opening in Accenture for next 6months?

How long does Oracle take to conduct second round of interview ? Is it communicated if we are rejected after first round ?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.

I have cleared 4 round of interviews, 1st 2nd : linux,python scenario based question and leadership questions. 3rd : leadership and DSA 4th : linux, Java and leadership. Then they told 5th round will be of only leadership , now suddenly they are saying panel wants to include dsa also.
Is this normal? Do I still have chances to get into Amazon? Or just for the rejection purpose they are doing this?
