5 months for both parents.

Nothing earth-shattering at my place. Basic 12 weeks for mothers and about 2-3 weeks for dads. Honestly, unless you're at a super progressive start-up, most parental leave policies look the same, especially in tech.

Both maternal and paternal are 6 months. The months can be split up, but are encouraged to take them all in one shot

How big of a company do you work for? Are you a Tier 1/2 (~10k+ employees)?

I just changed jobs, my new company is twelve weeks unpaid, my old company was six weeks paid and and another six unpaid. Both companies offer the same to mothers and fathers, no difference between birth or adoption.

15 weeks PTO for both parents. I think it's roughly around the same for adoptions.

3-6 months for mothers, up to a month for dads - and same as someone else said, it's encouraged to take it all in one go as opposed to splitting it out

I unexpectedly found myself pregnant with twins a couple of days back. My husband and I have a toddler already. Since I have always wanted a second kid, just not so soon, I embraced the pregnancy. But now I have doubts whether this is the right decision for me to continue with the pregnancy ( I am scared whether I can handle twins and I am in the middle of a career change - timing was not planned). Would love to hear of any of your similar stories. Thank you!

Did anyone get a 4th COVID vaccine during pregnancy? I already have 3 from pre-pregnancy but I feel hesitant about the next booster since I’m pregnant. I’m due in Nov which is ultimate germ season so I can see why it would be good but equally I don’t feel as comfortable having it pregnant. I also caught COVID in June for the first time so 🤷🏽‍♀️
