Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

Mine is a teacher. There’s a gap, I can only imagine it will widen as our careers progress. But I’m not with her for her cash; shes kind, empathetic and makes a mean Spotify playlist.
A decently famous CCO is with a teacher. Makes sense!
My wife is a national security lawyer. I'm basically a trophy husband.
My SO works at a dispensary and is completing a tattoo apprenticeship, so right now I’m the main earner in our relationship. Once they’ve established themself as a tattoo artist, we’ll be earning a similar amount. Either way it wouldn’t bother me if I was always the main earner, I love them so much and can’t imagine my life with anyone else!
My husband and I used to make the same as creatives but I’m moving up and he doesn’t want to be a CD. So last year we were 50/50 and now I make about 1.5x
I make a little bit more than double but we share our bills and life expenses evenly. We live within her means and with what is left of my own income I'm focused on saving and investing for our future. Because of progressive taxation where we live, my take-home is not double hers, but I'm still left over with a 30-40% even after paying the mortgage and our general life expenses each month.
When we started dating, I made about 60k more than him. 9 years later, a week after we got married he got a huge raise and made about 40k more than me…and then I joked about how I was so glad we didn’t get a prenup. Jokes on me now because my base salary is twice his salary and he reminds me there’s no prenup. 🤣 (we’ve been married for 7 years now with 2 kids)
