I would tell them that they are out of touch with employee needs. We need to have better work life balance, PTO, and even pay. With inflation most of us have second jobs in order to be able to pay our bills.
I suppose I'd tell them to trust their employees. It's not that there's a huge amount of distrust, but at times there are aspects of micromanagement that seem to indicate a skepticism that shouldn't really be there. People should be allowed to work remotely more and be more flexible with their hours. And there are other areas where more respect shown to the employees would be appreciated.
