Sounds about right

Hi fishes, How are the projects & future of data science in EY GDS tech consulting? Is it risky to join considering most of the Indian companies are not that good in data science projects outcomes. Some are targetting unrealistic task and applicability of AIML to every unrelevant field. Is it going to be challenging for someone who is from nontech background & joining tech team with not at all software develping experience. Is it possible to cope up with team? Suggestions would help a lot. EY
Happy Saturday everyone!

For the sake of all the other junior women behind you, talk to them and/or a mentor in thr agency about it.
If we just keep leaving jobs bc of bro culture and never raise our hand we’re not doing our part to change the inequality women face (specifically in the creative Dept). We can’t keep making it harder for the other women coming up ... let’s help ourselves and them by talking about it & trying time create change.
I can’t anymore. Leaving the industry. It’s broken my heart too many times.

Go elsewhere and cite that as the reason.

Have some chats lined up in the coming weeks with other agencies who are not only more esteemed but also have more diverse creative leadership, so I'm really excited by the prospect of leaving shortly.
Don’t always assume that just because don’t have junk between your legs, this is the reason you’re not succeeding. Maybe, just maybe the ideas you’re putting forward aren’t well thought through?

I bet CD 2 is one of the CDs OP is talking about lol
Sorry you're in that position. That really sucks.
Here's what I suggest:
Start looking for a new job. Then bring it up this issue with upper management or HR (but be prepared to leave).
If this is the culture there, chances are it won't change overnight. HR or the CCO or CEO might take it seriously and they might not. You might find yourself pushed out (it's shitty, but still true at a lot of places)
