I want a review for netcracker. Have an offer from mastercard 30.8 L (28 fixed and 2.8 variable) +1 L bonus
And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
Mastercard is not ready to revise offer
Shall I choose netcracker in this case?

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I am planning to play it safe by not revealing counter offer figure to manager, but later reveal it to HR during salary discussion. Is this a good strategy. Anyone here joined EY GDS recently

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

We recently started the fertilization process with frozen eggs. I had 11 frozen and all survived the thaw but only 3 turned into embryos. We are waiting to see how many get to the blast state. Does any one know where I can find statistics on what the typical attrition / success rates are?
